Enrollment shall be granted to each student applicant who is 18 years of age or older, without regard to sex, race, color, physical disability, national or ethnic origin, creed, denomination, or religious affiliation, and who expresses a desire to learn. 

M.O.K.L.C.A seeks to encourage respectable, transparent discussion and research as an integral element in our common search for truth. We believe that interacting with one another in discussion is vital to fostering equity in learning and academic enrichment.

M.O.K.L.C.A seeks to encourage and challenge our students to be an extension of God’s wisdom, revelation, and understanding, applying truth where there is falsehood while exhausting ourselves in foundational revelation and application.

M.O.K.L.C.A seeks those applicants who exhibit a sincere desire to be a student and steward of the Word of God and the theoretical orientations fostering higher learning and education.
